Let’s talk sales and staffing the team. So whenever I’m working with agency owners universally, getting new customers is pretty much exactly where everybody wants to start with me. Everybody wants to talk, ” How do I get new customers?” Now, there’s two parts to that, right? There’s sales and there’s marketing. And I think the third part’s product and we’ve already talked a little bit about that, your positioning, what you offer, why, and we’ll have some other videos in the course. But for me, I want to share a little bit about my story of how we built our sales org. It’s been a focus of mine for almost 10 years. And then I think there’s stuff you can pull from that. I’ll have anecdotes along the way, and then we’ll dive into an asset at the end where we really just talk about the scorecards we use for hiring and how we think through who’s a good fit for our goals and for our culture and for what we’re trying to accomplish.
