How does your organization report on its financials? Very simple question, but one I found in my coaching of agency owners, we struggle with. We don’t know what we should be receiving as the owners of the business from finance, how often we should be receiving it, and what information we should be privy to or other people on our team should be privy to so we can make the right decisions, control the pace of the organization, and grow financially and profitably. And so what we’re going to look at right now are the different types of reports our financial team provides to the organization, how often they do them, what triggers them, et cetera. So you all can see exactly how you can be asking for reports from your finance team.
