How to build out your finance team. Boy, oh boy. Well, let me tell you about my journey on finance. And we’re going to talk today about what your finance team can look like at different stages of your agency journey and what to expect in those different moments. So, for me, I did my degree in economics, not finance, not accounting. I would not say I grew up managing a checking a book or anything like that. I was just normal person, never really did a ton in Excel or accounting. I did do economics, so we did a lot of modeling. So, I will say that I did a lot of modeling and I understood statistical software and things like that, but never really did any accounting or finance. I took one accounting class I think in college, one finance class when I did my master’s. But, I am a fan of trying to learn new things and making sure I’m good at everything in my business so that I never get caught off guard.
