When you think about a sales process it’s all about trust okay I’m gonna ask you a simple question when was the last time you bought something in your life because the sales person was just so convincing I can’t think of that time for me personally I bought something usually because there was a level of subject matter expertise or passion that the salesperson was able to articulate the value of something so well to me that I trusted them I believe that this was the answer to my problem or what I was looking for
