SDRs Shouldn’t Take Initial Calls

TRANSCRIPT

Way too many of ae’s hours are going into unqualified sales because they’re the first call and they haven’t qualified someone so we used sdrs the problem we had with sdrs though was they could qualify the bad ones out but they couldn’t always convince the good ones in what you’re theoretically doing if you have an SDR take an intro call especially as an agency is you’re taking the youngest most inexperienced least knowledgeable person in your organization and you’re saying you’re the first impression it was efficient it was more affordable than having AES do it but it was also wildly expensive because our life cycle stage performance from intro call held down to Strat called book was really really poor
